WHAT IS QASIL?

Qasil is an all-natural, multi-purpose ingredient that has been used for thousands of years to help alleviate redness and diminish hyperpigmentation.

  • SUSTAINABILITY

    Qasil is taken from the Gob tree leaves, which regrow about every month! They're harvested sustainably and are created on a cycle that's eco-friendly.

  • LOCAL IMPACT

    Unused branches from the harvest are often used as resource materials for local communities, often times in the forms of homes, buildings, etc.

    The local communities of Somaliland directly benefit from the production and harvest of Qasil, which is why we ethically source from there and there only.

  • HOW IT'S HARVESTED

    We start by collecting the Gob tree branches and stacking them for the leaves to dry. After two days, the leaves are heightened in minerals and nutrients. 

    After the Qasil leaves have been completely dried, harvesters begin to collect the leaves to then crush into a fine powder.
